Our For-Your-Little-One Maternity Body Pillows are ideal during pregnancy and can help with the following:
- Easy blood circulation: Pregnant women are advised to sleep on the sides to promote easy blood circulation. However, due to the size of the belly, this position is uncomfortable to some. But if a pregnancy pillow is used, comfort is guaranteed, thanks to the proper cushioning and softness it has. You can easily adjust the pillow to your abdomen or the parts that need cushioning for a better sleep.
- Prevents body ache: Due to the added weight in the body, some parts such as legs, hips and back become prone to stress and pain as they are the parts that “absorb” the effects of the added weight. When sleeping, these parts are given comfort by the pregnancy pillow. The cushion and softness of the pillow generate the right comfort these parts need, resulting to less pain, or even none at all.
- Longer sleeping and resting hours: You undergo a lot of changes during pregnancy, and it is just right that you give it the correct amount of rest and sleep to cope up with the stress and pains it gets. Pregnancy pillows promote better sleep, and the more you get enough hours of rest and sleep in a day, the more you become healthy and prepared for the coming of your baby.
- Helpful after the delivery: A maternity pillow will be useful even after the baby’s birth as it will help you to put your baby in the right position during breastfeeding, for the baby to learn how to latch properly.

Nursing FAQ's
If you choose to breastfeed, it's recommended that babies should consume only breast milk for around the first 6 months of their lives. After this, it is recommended that they continue to be breastfed for 2 years and beyond, alongside eating other foods.
As a very rough guide, your baby should feed at least 8 to 12 times, or more, every 24 hours during the first few weeks. It's fine to feed your baby whenever they are hungry, when your breasts feel full or if you just want to have a cuddle. It's not possible to overfeed a breastfed baby.
Some babies sleep for 8 hours and others for 20 hours in a 24 hour period. Young babies sleep for short amounts of time throughout the day and night and don't usually sleep for more than 3 hours at a time. They have small stomachs and wake up every 2-3 hours for a feed. Some babies wake and feed more often than this
