When the pillow first arrived I was a bit sceptical as the pillow filling seemed to be made up in 'pieces'.. However I soon figured out this was on purpose to make it easier to wrap your arms & legs in certain areas. It's extremely comfy & after using for a week I definitely recommend & prevents me rolling on back as much. The 9ft one is definitely more suitable for the smaller woman (I'm 5'2 & wraps round me where I need it) so I would say if you're tall get the 12ft one. Definitely recommend.
