Where’s My Order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. You can track your parcel directly with the courier using the links below:

If your tracking link doesn’t work or your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days from dispatch, please email us at help@foryourlittleone.com and we’ll look into it right away.


Checkout Page Errors

If you encounter an error at checkout, please double-check the following:

  • All fields (name, email, address, phone number) are completed correctly.
  • There are no special characters or extra spaces in your details.
  • Your address includes a valid UK postcode.

Has My Payment Gone Through?

If you didn’t receive an order confirmation email, it’s possible that your payment wasn’t successful. Before placing a duplicate order, please message us on WhatsApp at 07540 030297 so we can check your payment status and confirm whether your order has been processed.


Cancel My Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within one hour of placing it via WhatsApp on 07540 030297.

We process orders quickly, so early notification is essential. If your order is still in our warehouse, we can cancel and issue a full refund. If it has already been dispatched, you’ll need to return it to us once it arrives. We’ll then issue a refund upon receipt of the returned goods.


Received the Wrong Item

If you’ve received the incorrect product, don’t worry — we’ll resolve it quickly. Please send us a message on WhatsApp at 07540 030297 or email help@foryourlittleone.com with your order number and a brief description (or photo) of what you received. Our team will arrange the correct item or organise a return as soon as possible.
