We hope you will be highly satisfied with any product purchased but if you wish to return an item then we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible.

For your own piece of mind, For Your Little One Ltd works closely with our home authority trading standards to ensure that we always comply with current legislation.

Everything we sell online is covered under Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations by a 14-day cooling off period. Just notify us that you wish to return the item(s) within 14 days from the date of receipt. We cannot accept bedding that's been opened due to hygiene reasons. All bedding must be sealed in its original packaging.

We can only accept returns if the goods are brand new, unused and in resalable condition; with all the original manufacturer's packaging materials and with the tags attached and we'll give you a refund or exchange. (This includes the original box)

You must not write on the manufacturer's packaging. You can place the shipping label on the box. 

Please use clear tape as brown tape can damage the packaging.

Please note: When using our own courier to return your item(s), these remain your responsibility until they have been successfully delivered to our address. If you have not received your refund within 14 days of the item being received, please get in touch with us by email with proof of delivery showing to our address including the carrier name and tracking number.





Collection of the product(s) will only take place from the delivery address to which they were delivered and will be subject to the following

You agree to provide us with as much detail as possible of relevant features of the delivery address which floor the items are to be collected from, whether there are any narrow doors etc) in order to help our representative courier prepare for the collection and you agree to ensure that there is suitable access to the chosen collection location.

You agree to give our courier representative all products which are being returned, including all component parts of such products and all related items or accessories (and if possible the original packaging) which are included in the price of the products being returned

If you are not personally available to accept collection of the products you may appoint a representative to do so on your behalf. The representative must be an adult capable of supervising collection on your behalf, and you agree that we will be entitled to rely on the representative's instructions as if they were your own.

The customer must be digitally able or have access to persons who can provide photos or videos at the request of For Your Little One, so we are able to deem the most appropriate solution. 

If for-your-little-one are arranging a collection due to a fault with the product we allow up to a maximum of two failed delivery attempts.

After this it will be the responsibility of the buyer to return the products back to us at their cost.

If you would like for-your-little-one to arrange a 3rd or more collecting this will be at the cost of £25 for each attempt.

We will charge a fee of £26.50 for a failed collection attempt, this will be deducted from your refund once the item has been returned.


When we receive your order back and have checked it meets our returns policy a refund will be issued to the original payment method, this can take up to 14 days. Any refunds due will be processed within 14 days by For-Your-Little-One, as per Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations.

We will initiate the refund, replacement or exchange process once we have been notified of your request. If we have arranged the collection on your behalf, we will issue a refund less the applicable collection charges back to the same payment method used when placing the order.

Once a refund has been issues refunds can take up to 10 days to appear in your account.
