At For Your Little One, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your order, we aim to make returns as quick and convenient as possible.

Returns Overview

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • All original tags and manufacturer’s boxes must be included and undamaged
  • A £10 admin and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund

Please do not write on the packaging. Use clear tape only, as brown tape may damage the product box.


Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns if the following items have been opened:

  • Bedding
  • Fitted Sheets
  • Nursing Pillows

Please ensure you're satisfied with these products before unsealing or using them.


Return Options

You can use our convenient returns portal to drop off your item at a local DPD Parcel Shop:

📦 Return by Courier (Your Own)

You can also arrange your own return using a tracked courier and send the item to:

Keep your tracking number and proof of delivery until your refund is processed.


Courier Collection by Us

If you'd prefer, we can arrange a collection from the original delivery address. Please ensure:

  • Safe and accessible collection from the correct location
  • All parts, accessories, and (if possible) original packaging are included
  • A responsible adult is available if you're not home

We may request photos or videos to support your return.

Collection Fees & Failed Attempts

  • Two failed attempts (for faulty items) are covered
  • £25 charge per additional collection attempt
  • £26.50 fee for failed collections, deducted from your refund

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued within up to 14 days to your original payment method
  • A £10 admin and restocking fee will be applied
  • Any collection charges (if applicable) will be deducted

Please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours. Our team will assist with a swift resolution. We may request supporting evidence such as photos or videos.
