If your subject is about -

Tracking - we will aim to get an update with the courier ASAP, sometimes parcels will get lost and an investigation has to be done with the courier. This will take up to 7 days. If you can let us know what you would like a REFUND or RE-SEND we will do this as soon as the investigation has been completed

Drop ship Ickle Bubba- Ickle Bubba will only accept return back within 14 days and if they're unused and in original packaging. The wheels must not be used outside. Collection from IB to you would typically be £15 deductible from the refund, Please allow an average of 3 days for the collection date. eg. If we ask you which day IB can collect on the Monday we would need a date from Wednesday onwards. ( excluding weekends ). You may also contact them if you prefer.

Cuddle Co / M&B - If you would like to return your order back to the manufacturer for an * exchange* or a refund your welcome to do so. You can drop us an email and we can start the return with them or your welcome to email customerservice@cuddleco.co.uk. They will provide you with a reference to put inside the box so they can locate once received.

Damaged or faulty goods- Im sorry to hear you have received faulty goods, but please dont worry I will rectify this for you. Please kindly attach some images to the form and we can rectify the issue. If this is a FYLO item we can ship you a replacement part to fix the issue.

If the item is a kinderkraft, Please pass over the images and the part with a defect or is missing from the instruction manual. We can then file a claim with the manufacturer and they will find the best way to resolve. They typically send the parts needed. They are based in Poland so shipping times may vary. This typically can take 5-7 working days depending.

If the item is M&B, CUDDLE CO, DOONA, VENICCI please send us all information needed and we will contact the manufacturer. ( outcome will be different depending on issue)

***Maybe we can add - some manufacturers offer their own after care and we will be sure to email you all the information. This can help with a faster resolution and help to cut the back and fourth****
