Welcome to the For-Your-Little-One Ltd Terms & Conditions of Use. If you continue to browse and use our website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern For-Your-Little-One Ltd relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

By placing an order with For-Your-Little-One Ltd you confirm that:-

You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.You are at least 18 years old.You have provided your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and any other requested information.

Product specifications.

All our products conform and are sold to British standards. Whilst every care has been taken in the creation of this site the customer should satisfy themselves of the exact colours by reference to the brochures etc as screen images may vary.


Returns & Rights/Acceptance of Goods.

You have a cooling off period of 14 days to enable you to examine the goods supplied during which time you may cancel the order by email.

To enable us to authorise a return you must notify us within 14 days from the day after receipt of the goods by emailing our customer services team Help@foryourlittleone.com

The customer must be digitally able or have access to persons who can provide photos or videos at the request of For Your Little One, so we are able to deem the most appropriate solution. 

Any parcel returned to us without authorisation will be refused. It is the customer's responsibility for the return shipping cost and to take reasonable care and ensure the items returned are received by For-Your-Little-One in the original state, unused and undamaged. We cannot accept a return on any personal hygiene items such as muslin squares, cot/ cot bed sheets where the original packaging has been opened/ unsealed. We recommend all returns must be returned by a registered Courier for insurance purposes

You cannot cancel under these terms if you have used the goods.

All goods must be inspected as to merchantable quality, and any shortage or damage in transit (goods showing signs of transit damage must be signed 'box damaged') along with any defects reported to For-your-little-one as soon as reasonably possible. Upon our satisfactory inspection of the returned goods we will issue a refund for the sales value minus relevant postage charges. Once the item has been processed and authorised, your refund will be put back into the original payment method that was used. This is to be completed within 40 days.

If you decide to return products to us after you have started to assemble them then you should disassemble them to the extent necessary to allow them to be properly returned. However, if disassembly is reasonably likely to cause damage to an item please leave it assembled and let us know by contacting us.

You agree to take reasonable care of the product(s) from the time that they are delivered to you until the time that they are returned.

We're sorry, but we can't accept returns on...

Duvets and duvet covers, pillows and pillow cases, bed sheets, mattresses, mattress toppers and protectors (unless the original packaging is unopened and undamaged - it's a hygiene thing.)

But if your purchase is faulty, damaged or incorrectly described, your statutory rights will always apply.


Discount Codes

Discount codes cannot be used retrospectively or in conjunction with existing promotions. Brand exclusions include: Hauck, Ickle Bubba, Kinderkraft


Collection of items

Collection of the product(s) will only take place from the delivery address to which they were delivered and will be subject to the following:

You agree to provide us with as much detail as possible of relevant features of the delivery address which floor the items are to be collected from, whether there are any narrow doors etc) in order to help our representative courier prepare for the collection and you agree to ensure that there is suitable access to the chosen collection location.

You agree to give our courier representative all products which are being returned, including all component parts of such products and all related items or accessories (and if possible the original packaging) which are included in the price of the products being returned

If you are not personally available to accept collection of the products you may appoint a representative to do so on your behalf. The representative must be an adult capable of supervising collection on your behalf, and you agree that we will be entitled to rely on the representative's instructions as if they were your own.

The customer must be digitally able or have access to persons who can provide photos or videos at the request of For Your Little One, so we are able to deem the most appropriate solution. 

If for-your-little-one are arranging a collection due to a fault with the product we allow upto a maximum of two failed delivery attempts.

After this it will be the responsibility of the buyer to return the products back to us at their cost.

If you would like for-your-little-one to arrange a 3rd or more collecting this will be at the cost of £25 for each attempt.

We will charge a fee of £26.50 for a failed collection attempt, this will be deducted from your refund once the item has been returned.


Failure in Guarantee Period.

Guarantee is only available to the original purchaser of the item(s) and must be accompanied by the original receipt and is non-transferable

If you feel that your product is faulty we will ask you to send photographs and we will determine the best solution. Proof of purchase must accompany any warranty claim. We guarantee our products for six months. This does not affect your statutory rights. If a fault develops within the guarantee period, we will contact the manufacturer and supply you with spare parts or direct you to a service centre if applicable for major repairs the product must be examined.

We regret we are unable to supply loan products whilst inspection and repairs are carried out.

If the failure is confirmed to be due to a manufacturing fault we will arrange the repair. If however the fault is due to fair wear and tear/accidental damage or misuse we will quote for rectification and you will also be liable for carriage and delivery charges.


Delivery

Delivery for orders over £50: Free delivery applies to UK mainland only this excludes Northern & Southern Ireland, the Channel Isles and all the Islands. Please select the international postage tab to pay for an International delivery.

All goods are dispatched within 24 hours of the confirmed paid order- with the exception of Bank Holidays.

Goods will be delivered between 9.00 am-5.00 pm Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on Saturday or Sundays. Our courier are allowed to leave parcels with your neighbour.

Goods will be delivered to the address registered and provided by PayPal, Klarna or Amazon Pay unless we are emailed by you to request for the delivery to be sent elsewhere. Once the order has been dispatched we cannot change the address. Our courier will attempt delivery to your address twice and if there is no one in to accept the delivery they will return the goods to us, in this instance of a failed delivery you are responsible to pay a failed delivery charge of £8. This charge of £8 covers you for redelivery. If however you wish to cancel your order following a failed delivery you are responsible to pay £6. In the instance of a failed delivery the parcel will be returned to us.

Please note on all special offer/voucher codes free delivery may not be applicable.


£1.99 Delivery charge for orders under £50: A £1.99 delivery applies to UK mainland only this excludes Southern Ireland, the Channel Isles and all the Islands. For Ireland please select the international postage tab to pay for your delivery.

In the instance of a failed delivery the parcel will be returned to us. You are responsible for the cost of re delivery for £3.50.

We aim to dispatch of orders within 24 hours of confirmed paid order if Goods ARE IN STOCK, please allow 5-14 working days for delivery IF OUT OF STOCK. Orders may be marked as dispatched on Saturdays and Sundays but will not be shipped until the Monday.

Both courier’s will endeavor to deliver your order within the timescale stated in your order acknowledgment. However, due to circumstances beyond our (and their) control, such as extreme weather conditions, security checks, unforeseen incidents, miss-route of parcels, delays may occur. If you are working to a set deadline (e.g. holiday departure, a birthday) please allow for extra time to cover any eventualities that may arise.

For-Your-Little-One cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences caused in the unlikely event of a delayed delivery. In these instances our courier will deliver your parcel(s) the next available working day.

If you provide us with any incorrect delivery details which results in the order being delivered to an incorrect address, For-Your-Little-One cannot be held responsible for any loss you may incur as a result.

If you have not received your item within 10 days from the date that we dispatched your order please email to inform us of this. For smaller items delivered by Royal Mail, it is your responsibility to make contact with your local Royal Mail delivery office, as Royal Mail often attempt delivery and fail to leave a calling card. They take the parcel to your nearest delivery office and hold the parcel for you there. If you have not received a calling card, please ask the delivery office "If they are holding a parcel for your address?” If your parcel is not at the delivery office, it is there policy that we do need to allow them 15 working days for the item to be delivered before we can escalate the matter further. The 15th working day is the 15th day after your order was marked as dispatched. Working days are Monday-Friday.

Any orders that are reported as not received after 15 working days of dispatch we are not responsible for the loss of parcel/ delivery.


Pick-ups

We strictly do not allow customer pick-ups. For insurance purposes, the public are prohibited on site where distribution takes place for health and safety reasons.


Product Descriptions

To the best of our knowledge the product descriptions on this site are accurate and up-to-date, but due to product development, design and specification changes, these may vary from time to time. The images on our site are to assist with your selection and you may find slight variation in colour. All weights and measurements are approximate.

General

We display both positive and negative reviews, but all content is moderated to ensure it is appropriate for publication on our website. This means that after you submit your review it will not immediately appear on our website. We reserve the right to accept or reject any product review submitted to us and we may edit the length and/or content of any review as we see fit.

You agree that you will not submit any content:

  • That is false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, libellous, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, suggestive, harassing, threatening, abusive, fraudulent or otherwise objectionable;
  • That infringes any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;
  • For which you were compensated or granted any consideration by any third party;
  • That violates any local, national or international law;
  • That references other companies or websites;
  • That contains any computer viruses, worms or other potentially damaging computer programmes or files;
  • That includes unsolicited promotions, mass mailings or spamming, political campaigning, advertising or solicitations;
  • That includes the personal information of any third party.
  • Once your review has been submitted you will not be able to edit it. If you would like to have your review removed from our website, please contact our customer relations.
  • We are currently unable to publish reviews that are not written in English.

Other Brands 

If you have an issue with any products from Venicci, Hauck, Ickle Bubba, Doona or any other branded item that is not a For Your Little One branded product, We are obliged to obey their terms and conditions and any issues are to be resolved by the manufacturer. 

This is done by customers emailing For Your Little One's customer care team on help@foryourlittleone.com, with an image / video of the issue, followed by a description of the issue and order number. For Your Little One is to get into contact with the manufacturer once above is received.

Delays might take place due to manufacturers opening times and their customer service wait times. 

 


Data Protection

We will never give your personal details to anyone outside For-Your-Little-One Ltd without your consent. We may send you periodic promotions and information to the email address you have provided on your order and also analyse your purchase history to provide you with relevant and personalised offers, and information in helping you choose products that are right for you. You can unsubscribe at any time from these emails.

All of the images on this website are copyright For-Your-Little-One Ltd. All rights are reserved, and no usage or reproduction of any type may be made of any image taken by or For-Your-Little-One Ltd.

Any usage is made under the following terms and conditions, and the use of any image, whether authorised or not, indicates a complete and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Any usage or reproduction of any image may only be made after payment of a licence or usage fee of £1,000 Per Photo Per Year (12 months is minimum the term possible). This licence fee must be paid and express permission granted before any usage or reproduction.

Should any image be reproduced without an adequate credit, and without prior express agreement from For-Your-Little-One Ltd, then the usage fee will be equivalent to licence fee +150%.


Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and you and we both agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
