Moses basket stand- unable to build as there was no thread insert for the sxrews. Useless
We're very sorry to hear about your experience. This is not the quality we aim to provide. It sounds like your Moses basket stand is missing a threaded insert, which would prevent it from being assembled properly. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.
Please contact our customer service team with your order details so we can arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution as quickly as possible. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
