1) Scope & Duration
- Warranty period: 6 months from the purchase date on your receipt.
- Brand: Applies to For Your Little One-branded products only. Other manufacturers’ products are covered by their own warranties (see our Terms & Conditions for details).
- Original owner: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the first purchaser.
- Territory & use: Private/home use only. Commercial use (e.g., rental, nursery settings) is excluded.
2) What’s Covered
Manufacturing defects arising in normal use, including (as relevant to the product):
- Frames/chassis, joints and folding mechanisms
- Wheels/axles/adapters (manufacturing faults)
- Harness systems and buckles (manufacturing faults)
- Seams and stitching defects, zips, hook-and-loop fasteners
- Colour fastness defects that arise within normal care guidelines
Where a claim is approved, we’ll decide the appropriate remedy: repair, replacement of parts, product replacement with a similar item, or refund (at our discretion).
3) What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., tyres, scuffs, scratches, fabric pilling, general fading from sunlight)
- Accidental damage or damage from misuse, neglect, impact, liquids, sand, or weather exposure beyond normal use
- Incorrect assembly/installation, failure to follow the user guide, or improper maintenance/storage (including mould, rust, corrosion)
- Third-party/aftermarket parts or accessories and any damage they cause
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Cosmetic damage that doesn’t affect function
- Transit/airline/courier damage (please claim with the carrier)
- Missing proof of purchase or removed/altered serial numbers/labels
4) How to Make a Claim

Photos or a short video clearly showing the fault and the full product

A brief description of what happened and when the issue started
We may ask for additional information, serial/ID labels, or for the item to be returned for inspection. Keep original packaging where possible. This is a return-to-base warranty; we’ll confirm the returns process once we review your claim.
5) Remedies & Limitations
- The warranty provides a right to repair first. If repair isn’t reasonable, we may offer a replacement part/product or a refund—at our discretion.
- If an exact colour/fabric/model is unavailable, we may provide a similar current equivalent.
- Any repair or replacement does not restart the original 6-month period.
- If we confirm the issue is not a manufacturing fault, we’ll return the item to you and can quote for a paid repair if available.
6) Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this warranty affects your statutory rights (e.g., under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).

It comes with a leaflet which says “Follow instructions” but there are no instructions on the leaflet about how to fit it, other than make sure you fit it to the pram chassis. It comes with 4 attachments, 3 of which we still have no idea what they are for. My husband managed to fit it after a while and it seems to work well but this needs instructions.

I do like this brolly, and my Little girl too. Although it can be a little hassle to try re-adjusting it as its ‘screw on’, would be much better and easier if it’d be hardware clip , otherwise its a nice little brolly !

The parasol is good quality and a good size for protecting little one from the sun. However, the clamp to attach it to the pram is far too flimsy to hold the weight of the parasol. No matter how it's attached, once the parasol is screwed into place it falls down under it's own weight. I've had to prop it against the pram handle, blocking my view of baby.

For the price I think it’s amazing! I bought a silver cross one at £45 and this I would say is much better! I like how you can change the angle of the parasol due to the crocodile teeth part and the clamp also doesn’t mark my pram like the silver cross one did because of the rubber insert! Overall great product and I recommended it to my sister in law and she purchased one too!

Not the colour it looks. Its a mustard not sandy colour. I bought it to match my travel pram and it is nowhere near. Also the clips come in pieces, with no instructions on hiw to put them together.

Wouldn't recommend the sand colour, its nothing like the colour on tbe pics provided & definitely has an awful yellow/mustard tinge to it. Id show the pics pics to compare but it doesnt let me.
