Shipping policy

At For Your Little One, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Times Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

UK Delivery We offer the following delivery options for mainland UK orders:

• Standard Delivery – 3–5 business days
• Express Delivery – 1–2 business days (available at checkout)
• Free Standard Delivery – available on orders over a qualifying threshold (shown at checkout)

Delivery to Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and remote postcodes may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Large & Bulky Items Some items (such as travel systems, trikes, and furniture) may be delivered via a specialist courier and could require a signature on delivery. You'll be notified at dispatch if this applies to your order.

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a card with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at [your email] and we'll resolve it promptly.

International Shipping We currently ship to mainland UK only. International shipping is not available at this time.
