Do not snip the cable ties. Learn from my mistake.

Ideal. I need it for my front door to prevent my neighbour's aggressive dog running into my flat when I open my door. Also good prevention for my dogs making any bids for freedom. Fits perfectly with one extension as advised. Word of warning - DO NOT snip the cable ties until it's fitted unless you want a serious workout! Oops.

Needed safety gates for our grandson. Bought one to see how it was. So impressed, we then bought a second.

The bottom of our stairs has irregular widths - 104cm wide at the base and 114cm at the top, with the 10cm gap on the top right hand side. My question is with the extra wide option fitted, will this still fit within the 104cm width gap at the bottom? Thanks.
