The 15th working day is the 15th day after your order was marked as dispatched. Working days are Monday-Friday.
Goods will be delivered between 9.00 am-5.00 pm Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on Saturday or Sundays. Our couriers are allowed to leave parcels with your neighbour.
