If your tracking number isn't one of the above or If you have not received your item within 10 working days from the date that we dispatched your order please email to inform us of this at email@example.com and someone will be happy to assist you.

If you chose Express Shipping please allow a 2-3 days for delivery, you can track your delivery using the track my order page or contact us on email@example.com
For smaller items delivered by Royal Mail, it is your responsibility to make contact with your local Royal Mail delivery office, as Royal Mail often attempt delivery and fail to leave a calling card. They may your parcel to your nearest Royal Mail delivery office and hold the parcel for you there.
If you have not received a calling card from Royal Mail, please ask the delivery office "If they are holding a parcel for your address?” If your parcel is not at the delivery office, it is Royal Mail's policy that we do need to allow them 15 working days for the item to be delivered before we can escalate the matter further. The 15th working day is the 15th day after your order was marked as dispatched. Working days are Monday-Friday.
Goods will be delivered between 9.00 am-5.00 pm Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on Saturday or Sundays. Our couriers are allowed to leave parcels with your neighbour.

No, we do not offer this option currently.
If there is nobody in at the delivery address to sign for the parcel(s), the driver will post a calling card through your door to let you know that a delivery attempt was made and take the parcel back to the local depot for a re-attempt at delivery the next working day.
You can re-arrange delivery direct with our courier from the details left on the calling card.
If no contact is made with the courier after the 2nd attempt the order will only be held for 2 days after this at the courier depot and then returned back to Us.
If you want to change your delivery address we need to be notified as soon as possible after your order has been placed, orders are processed quickly so we must be made aware, if you order is still in our warehouse we can change the delivery address for you.
If your item is damaged please email us with pictures of the defects and send us your order details such as postcode to firstname.lastname@example.org and someone will be happy to assist you
